What to do if you have a complaint

If you have a complaint about your health insurance, first try to resolve the issue through the internal grievance process offered and outlined in your policy's handbook. If your complaint is not resolved through that process, you can contact:

  • Florida Agency for Health Care Administration at (888) 419-3456 (if it is an HMO and a quality of care issue)
